The 8 week get ripped challenge has started

Harry Pointon is on a mission to get super ripped. Today my training partner Marc and Myself have started our eight week get ripped up challenge. After 10 days off training to allow our body’s time to fully recover and use the time to refocus from previous strength training, todays workout was a shock (it would have been a shock anyway) We have started our 8 week challenge with relatively high volume training doing 36 sets of exercise today on Chest, Back and biceps. Forearms were nearly exploding and marc was gipping, (I think he may have even been sick), basically it was a hard session. Although I was really looking forward to starting training again while having ten days off the reality of the challenge kicked in today and the thought of 29 sets on legs tomorrow is a daunting one (exciting as well). Here are pictures of mark and I after our first training session today of the eight week get ripped challenge. Keep a look out for our progress.
