No matter whom we are, human or animal; we are either prey or predator.

If your prey, you are going to need to run fast and get away from that predator to save your life.

If you’re a predator you’re going to need to run fast and get your dinner otherwise you’re going hungry.

As Humans, we can be predators or pray depending on where we are and the conditions we are presented with.

By now you’re probably wondering what the hell I am talking about?

I am making a simple point here; we are made to either chase or be chased.

We were not designed to go running for hours, we were designed to run away from a beast or chase a rabbit for our dinner.

So if our bodies were specifically designed to either be chased or to chase, could using the same philosophy help us to maintain, awesome health and stay fat free? Yes it could.

High Intensity exercise is far superior to lower intensity longer duration exercise, why waste your valuable time, when you could get your training for the entire week done easily in less than an hour and get even better results, than you currently are.

Use your body the way it was intended to be used, do super high intensity, short duration workouts a few times a week, get lots of rest in between and watch your fat loss goals that have seemed impossible for so long become easily achievable.
