The extended face pull
The muscles are you working:
- Upper Back
- Middle Back
- Biceps
- Triceps
- Abdominal’s
How do you perform it?
- backwards to ensure you have some slack on the cable.
- Standing into optimal alignment, with your abdominals braced and your pelvis tilted slightly posteriorly (bum muscles squeezed to the max)
- Pull the rope in towards the chin keeping the elbows raised up high and hold here for a second
- Next push the rope upwards while keeping the upper back muscles contracted and without leaning backwards.
- Return the rope to the start position and repeat for 15-20 reps
