So I want to get super ripped in 8 weeks and look awesome, yes a bit vain, but that’s my goal, I want to look and feel amazing.
I have taken the last 10 days off training completely and not worried about my nutrition at all eating, ice cream, sweets, popcorn and pizza to name a few as i have been getting ready for 8 hardcore weeks of training and strict eating.
