A personal trainer from Manchesters journey to an 8 pack

Harry Pointon is currently on a quest to get in 8 pack within 28 days, he is documenting his progress so you the people of Manchester can get great personal fitness results just like him without living in the gym.

The quest involves a strict nutrition plan and training 5 times a week.

I am not a drinker however I had promised my girlfriend we would go out for a night of clubbing and i would drink to be more social. I had planned this evening a while ago now and it was already planned before i decided to do this program.

Really I would have preferred to go for this program 100% and give it my all with no obstacles in the way, however in life we are constantly hit with obstacles.

The thing is there is never a right time to do anything, so if your thinking, or have been thinking about doing something for a while, whether it be a new nutritional plan or an epic run, start doing it now or at least working towards it because there will never be a perfect time.

Life goes on whether we achieve our dreams or not, don’t let life pass you by.
