Best nutritional advice

When People ask me for my best nutritional advice for fat loss, I just say if you want to lose fat enough then it is easy enough to do.

  • Drink enough water
  • Keep processed foods to an absolute minimum
  • Eat plenty of fruit and veg
  • Keep starchy Carbohydrates to a minimum
  • Get protein at every meal
  • Don’t avoid fat
  • Cut out wheat, alcohol, caffeine and dairy

That’s it…

However for many people I come across they tell me that what I am asking them to do is too hard, “why can’t I eat this?”, “What’s left to eat?”

If you have a goal that you really want to achieve then you do what you need to do in order to achieve it, if you’re not that bothered about achieving your goal then you can always make the commitments to yourself easier but you won’t achieve your goal it’s as simple as that.

Action takers get the results they want, half-hearted can’t be arsed doing that types will walk in circles.

To answer why you can’t eat what I have stated above is simple. It’s to ensure you get the best possible results in the quickest possible time PERIOD

What’s Left to eat?

If you were to travel back in time 50/100 years, there was nothing like the obesity rate there is to day, if it even existed at all that is.

The main reason for this is the sedentary lifestyle we now lead and the increased intake of processed and high sugary foods that cause our hormones to be manipulated and causing us to eat more of the processed crap we don’t need.

So it’s simple there is loads to eat, you just need to follow the simple rules I mentioned above and eat meat and veg meals, snack on fruit if you’re hungry, have eggs here and there and cook in good quality oils, seasoning with herbs and spices.

The only reason you would find following a nutritional plan like this hard is if you don’t have a fat loss goal that excites you. So don’t lie to yourself, decide what you really want to achieve, that goal that would make you feel awesome and then following a plan that works 100% of the time is easy to do.

So to answer the question, I have taken some picture of what I have been eating this week to give you an idea of what you can eat.

Note that eating is feeding your body primarily and not your taste buds.
