Another technique for faster fat loss

People are always asking me how they can speed up their fat loss results. In order to help my personal training clients in Manchester, get the best possible fat loss results I encourage them to follow my morning ritual.

Starting the day in the right way will ensure that the rest of the day goes to plan as well. So starting your day in an optimal way will stop you cheating on your diet, it will ensure you are ready for the day, it will help you to maintain good energy all day, and you will wake up fresh and go to sleep easily.

So as a personal trainer in Manchester, what do I recommend you do in the mornings to ensure that you can set yourself up in the right way to achieve your fat loss results in the fastest possible time?

Firstly you want a regular get up and go to sleep time that allows you sufficient sleep and also gets you into a routine. I recommend that you sleep between 10pm and 6am as this is the optimal window for fat loss. I recommend that you put your alarm clock in a position where you have to get up to turn it off, those who get up on their first alarm instead of snoozing will experience much higher energy levels.

Secondly, you need to hydrate, first thing soon as you get up, I recommend that you drink 2 pints of water; this will help with waking up, increasing energy, supressing appetite, reducing any acid build up and aiding with the reduction of toxins.

Thirdly, get yourself moving, for my personal training clients this is some simple mobility and warm up drills that help them to wake up, improve energy, flexibility, strength, fitness and concentration levels.

Fourthly – have a cold shower, this is not pleasant, but it stops you wasting time and allows you more time for what’s really important (Breakfast). Showers should be like your gym sessions “GET IN AND GET OUT”.

Fifthly have breakfast. Breakfast means to BREAK the FAST. It doesn’t matter what time you have breakfast at, but it does matter how you BREAK the FAST. Whatever you have for breakfast will determine how your hormones operate all day. Hormones when looking at fat loss are extremely important and you want them working with you, if they’re not you might as well be brainwashed, because you will not be in control of your body. An incorrect breakfast choice will lead to you choosing incorrect meals later on in the day, it will make you feel tired, lack in energy, feel lazy and sack off training far easier. An ideal breakfast is high in protein.

By following the 5 tips above you can be confident that your fat loss results are going to start rapidly accelerating, so give it a go.
