Is it really that easy to change bodyshape without supplements or training for hours?

Well if you were to ask Tim, I’m sure his answer would be no its not easy, I think he’d probably say it’s pretty hard work, but I also think he would say it’s worth it.

Tim is currently doing my Brand New 12 Week Program, that I have slowly being perfecting for a few years now, it involves no supplements, no silly diet and no long workouts, the only criteria is to be a man. Train like man, eat like a man and get the rest needed to be the best possible man you can be.

Here is what Tim has achieved in the first 14 days, (we saw a massive 11cm loss off of his waist without losing any weight whilst also drastically increasing shoulder, chest and arm measurements. ) both Tim and I are really happy with the results and can’t wait to see what we can achieve by week 12. After this we are both very optimistic and as Tim is coming up to 37, I think he could be just right for the next James Bond Role.
