TEACH SKILLS


To get very good results at anything you have to master proper technique, so that’s where my clients begin their training process. My clients initially learn how to move perfectly so they can train with full intention, high intensity and without the fear of injury.

TEACH INTENSITY


For real results to be achieved you have to shock your body within your training sessions. Your body must think, “gosh that was tough, I better improve for next time, I better build some more strength and muscle and lose some body fat so I can move better and do that easier next time.” If your body is not told to improve into something better by giving it sufficient stress from which to adapt you will find progress in the gym to be very slow. I will design a training program specifically around you and ensure you constantly improve by increasing the stresses placed upon your body.

ADVISE ON LIFESTYLE


Good sleep is one element of a healthy lifestyle. A lot of people don’t get enough good sleep and as a result crave unnecessary food and caffeine to pick them up. This tends to lead to overeating of calories and a dependence on caffeine to feel energetic and alert. Getting sufficient good quality sleep is essential to a very good body and mind transformation, without it following a nutritional plan is hard and training intensely where you are properly focused is even harder.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE


We cant expect our most valuable machine to function at its peak if we fill it with junk. I will guide you on how to best eat for the attainment of your goal.
