To get very good results at anything you have to master proper technique, so that’s where my clients begin their training process. My clients initially learn how to move perfectly so they can train with full intention, high intensity and without the fear of injury.
For real results to be achieved you have to shock your body every single exercise session. Your body must think, “gosh that was tough, I better improve for next time, I better build some more strength and muscle and lose some body fat so I can do that easier next time.” If your body is not told to improve into something better you will find improving in the gym very tough. This requires a proper periodised training program that has been designed specifically around you.
Sleep is probably the most crucial element of the whole training process for my average client. Most people under sleep and as a result crave unnecessary food (calories) usually junk food or less than optimal nutrition and copious amounts of caffeine to falsely pick them up with false energy. Getting sufficient good quality sleep is essential to a very good body and mind transformation, without it following a nutritional plan is hard and training intensely where you are properly focused is even harder.
You wouldn’t put red diesel in a Ferrari, so we cant expect our most valuable machine to function at its peak performance if we fill it with junk. Following a premium nutritional plan is paramount to success. Harry will guide you on how to eat for the attainment of your goal.
