Here Is A Workout You Can Perform, That Will Increase Your Fitness, Strength and Enable You To Look Like A Spartan when followed with a clean nutritional plan.

25 Pull ups
50 Back Squats – 60% of 1 rep max
50 Deadlifts – 60% of 1 rep max
50 Clean and Presses – 60% of 1 rep max
50 Bodyweight Dips
50 Hanging Leg Raises
25 Pull ups
