Want the best looking and functioning body you can?

Start by realising that the guys/girls with the best physiques or athletic abilities have worked hard on their bodies for a long time. If you want to look like an athlete you must behave like one.

Understand what your starting position is, know what you want your end goal to be and design a plan of action that you can actually follow. If you struggle to do any of the following, simply hire some one to help you and save time either hire a life coach, fitness trainer or join a sports team and utilise a sports coach.

Use food as a way to improve your workout performance, Train smart and hard and ensure you get enough rest.

Don’t worry too much about fat loss, long term, as this will most likely stop you improving in terms of performance if it causes you to feel low on energy, you won’t exercise well, it will get you down and you will lose enthusiasm for training.

Instead focus on improving your strength, fitness and building muscle, over time this should take care of fat loss and leave you with a generally lean physique, probably not like a bodybuilder as thats not really realistic long term, even those guys only look like that for a very short amount of time.

Choose an environment to train that brings the best out in you, surround yourself with likeminded others, others who want you to succeed on your journey.

Always try to learn new ways to improve on what you are currently doing by asking those around you who are already a few steps a head of you.

Don’t Guess about what to do, the answers are already there for anyone who wants them, just decide what you want and work hard and smart towards it.
