Starting at the bottom and approaching your goals!

It does not matter what your trying to achieve you must always start from the beginning, I believe in always starting with the end in mind (thinking on where you eventually want to be), but action must always begin with the first and easiest step to start the intended journey, trying to cheat your way to success or jumping stages when your not ready will not work and it will result in disappointment. Eventually we get what we deserve if we put the time and effort needed to get what we want.

Trying to build a house before you lay the foundations, taking an exam before you’ve taken the course both pretty stupid. So is starting a body and mind transformation without implementing the foundations needed to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Learn the Basics first, don’t feel the need to jump into anything super advanced, you are only reducing the number of adaptive stages that you can apply later on if you do so. Give your best, but also do the least possible needed to create positive change and you will forever have ways to continue to see improvement.

A lot of people Major in the minor things and suck at the important things. If your not eating or sleeping as well as you possibly could, why take supplements. If your following a training program that is so complicated that it actually stops you giving your 100%, is the more advanced program more beneficial?

If you want to continually see improvement in the way you look and feel, you must get the basics, the foundations, set out from the beginning correctly. There’s no miracle magic potions out there so don’t kid yourself.

If your tired or lacking in energy, sleep more.

If your not feeling satisfied from what your eating, its not the right kind of food for you.

If your not leaving the gym feeling that you just gave your best, that you have improved since the last time you exercised, somethings wrong, why was that session not better than the previous one?

Improvement each day does not have to be large, but small improvements every day over a few months or years can be monstrous, you would literally astound yourself if you aimed for 1% improvement every day over an extended period of time.

What could you achieve in the next year if you set yourself a goal that had 365 separate small objectives that were easy to achieve, imagine achieving a small goal and seeing improvement everyday for 365 days.

If your prepared to put the time in, the effort in and ensure you take one step closer to dreams every day, not only do I feel confidant that you will achieve them but I believe you will surpass them.

I Wish You Success In Whatever You Truly Desire.
